Switchshop is jointly owned by the founder directors, Chris Jones and Mark Thomas, who have also provided all the financial investment in the company. Chris and Mark formed Switchshop in 2000, having met ten years previously while working for CASE Communications.

Chris Jones CISSP CCNA MIoD - Finance Director

Chris has 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, working in organisations such as BT, ICL, Lloyd’s of London, Forte Hotels and CASE Communications.
During his career Chris has fulfilled a range of Engineer, Service Manager and Project Manager roles, building extensive experience in the outsourcing arena.

Mark Thomas - Sales Director

Mark has worked in the networking industry for over 20 years, gaining varied experience and training in sales as well as in network design and post-sales support.

Following his first job at CASE Communications Mark has held various positions, ranging from Sales Manager to Post-sales Support Engineer, with companies including Comms Direct, Datacomms Warehouse, Caltell Communications and Xpert Systems.
