As we continue to grow, our presence across the UK has expanded to better support our customers. The move will help us accommodate a growing team by providing more space for more people, encouraging greater collaboration, and creating a better working environment for everyone. It will also improve customer facilities, with dedicated meeting and collaboration spaces designed to make visiting us easier and more productive. In addition, the new location enhances accessibility, offering a central, well-connected base that’s easier to reach for customers across Hertfordshire, London, and the wider region. Ultimately, it strengthens our regional presence, giving us a base that reflects our commitment to supporting businesses across the South East and beyond.
And Kimpton? It’s Not Going Anywhere.
Kimpton remains an integral and valued part of Switchshop. Our original home is being re-established as our Centre for Technical Excellence; a dedicated space for our technical teams, engineering operations, and the infrastructure work that underpins everything we do. It will also remain our official billing and shipping address.
For our customers, nothing changes operationally. The same skilled engineers, the same technical expertise, and the same commitment to getting it right, now supported by a dedicated environment built entirely around delivering exceptional technical work.
Scotland? Still Very Much Open.
Our Glasgow office continues to go from strength to strength. Opened to ensure our support reaches organisations across Scotland, our Glasgow team remains fully operational, delivering the same standard of IT and infrastructure services to public sector, healthcare, and enterprise clients north of the border. If anything, having three locations makes us a stronger, more responsive partner for organisations with multi-site operations across the UK.
