On-Premise PBX Systems: Robust, Feature-Rich Solutions for Your Business
At Switchshop, we design and deliver robust on-site PBX solutions — including the powerful Splicecom SelectVoice platform — tailored to suit your current operations while supporting long-term scalability.
Why Choose an On-Premise PBX System?
A Trusted Solution for High-Availability Telephony
On-premise PBX systems are ideal for organisations with specific compliance needs, heightened security requirements, or unreliable internet connectivity. These systems offer unmatched resilience, local failover capabilities, and full ownership of call routing, data, and feature deployment — with no reliance on third-party cloud providers.
From small business offices to large multi-site enterprises, on-premise PBX offers the flexibility to support analogue, digital, and IP-based communication channels, ensuring seamless operation in even the most complex environments.
Key Features of Splicecom On-Premise PBX Systems
Switchshop’s on-premise PBX solutions, powered by Splicecom SelectVoice, deliver a complete telephony platform designed for organisations that require maximum control, customisation, and in-house reliability. These systems are hosted entirely within your infrastructure, giving you full visibility over system management, call routing, user access, and data security. With enterprise-level features built in as standard, on-premise PBX is ideal for businesses with specific compliance requirements, complex workflows, or a preference for owning and managing their communication systems outright. Whether you’re integrating SIP, retaining legacy lines, or deploying softphones and desk phones across multiple locations, Splicecom on-premise systems adapt seamlessly to your needs. Built for performance, resilience, and long-term flexibility, they provide a secure and scalable voice solution you can rely on.
